These terms govern your participation in the AI in Production for Small Business program ("the Program"), operated by Apex AI Institute Inc.
Enrollment & fees
The program fee is $500. Payment is collected only after your application is accepted. Full refund if cancelled 14 days before the start date. 50% refund up to 7 days before. No refunds after the program begins. Contact us if you have a specific hardship situation.
Certificate
Upon completion, you receive a certificate of completion from AI Hub, a program of Apex AI Institute. This certificate is not an accredited academic degree, professional license, or state-issued credential.
Content ownership
Apex AI Institute retains all rights to the curriculum, course materials, and instructional content. Participants retain full ownership of any projects, systems, and business outputs they create during the program.
